ABOUT ME

Born in Samsun, Dr. After graduating from Samsun Anatolian High School, Simla Okumuşoğlu Karaca entered Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1996 and graduated from the school on the honor list in 2002 and received the title of medical doctor.

After graduation, he studied radiology at OMU Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiology, and for a while he studied internal medicine at the 3rd Internal Medicine Clinic of Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. In 2005, he started working at Ankara Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital, also known as the 'Big Maternity' hospital. He completed his specialization in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Training and Research Hospital in 2010.

Between 2010 and 2012, he fulfilled his public service obligation at TCSB Bartın Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital, and until 2014, he served at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of TCSB Ankara Training and Research Hospital.

He worked at Ankara Private TOBB ETÜ Hospital Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic between 2014-2017.

He worked at Istanbul Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic between 2017-2020.

In 2013, in addition to specializing in gynecology, she completed the CİSED Sexual Therapy Training and started working in the fields of 'sexual therapy and vaginismus'.

In 2019, she completed Başkent University EDHM training and received the Pregnancy Yoga Training Certificate and Life Coaching Training Certificate.

In 2021, she completed the Functional Medicine Training course on 'Female Hormone Irregularities and Hormone Replacement' given by the Functional Medicine Academy.

'Master Course In Aesthetic Genital Surgery & Non-Surgical Procedures' - 'Advanced Genital Aesthetic Surgery & Procedures Course', certified by ISAGSS (International Society of Aesthetic Genital Surgery & Sexology) and SOLAGEF (Sociedad Latinoamericana de Ginecologia Estetica y Funcional) in September 2021 He continues his genital aesthetic applications in the light of up-to-date information.

As of September 2020, Dr. Simla Okumuşoğlu Karaca provides services in her own private practice.
